What if I don't want Botox?
Updated: 1 minute ago
You can age well without needles. But... I wholeheartedly believe in advanced clinical facial treatments, good skin care, good ingredients, good formulations.
I get asked this more than almost anything else in the treatment room. There's a non-invasive option a lot of people don't know about - and it doesn't involve a single needle. It's Microcurrent. It's been around since the 1800's. It's tried and true. It works and it's amazing. But it does require a series for best results and at home routines.
Quick Facts:
Botox works by relaxing the muscle — that's why it smooths lines so fast. But it's temporary (usually 3–6 months), and it means avoiding some of your natural expression while it's active. It gets expensive and you have to keep up on it for continued results.
Microcurrent works differently: instead of freezing the muscle, it gently stimulates it - like a mini workout for your face. Over a series of sessions, you can see firmer, more toned skin, with your expression staying completely natural the whole time. Can also be expensive, but a great alternative if you want a needle-free option. And something you can also do at-home. Choose Microcurrent, if you don't want Botox.

Neither one is "better" for everyone - it depends on what you're looking for. But if you've been curious about a non-invasive option, this is worth knowing about.
I'm not anti-Botox. I've had it. I'm way overdue. But, I'm choosing Microcurrent and good skin care in this phase of my life.
