First Time Clients - you MUST complete my Late Cancel / No-Show Policy and have a credit card on file. If you don't, I will cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% fee of your scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late deprives you of valuable treatment time. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appoint time, we may have to reschedule or shorten your appointment. You are responsible for the full treatment cost.
No Show
A No-Show is treated the same as a late cancellation. A 50% fee of the cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file for missed appointment.
Invalid Info
If any of the above happened and invalid credit card information was provided, a $35
re-booking fee will be applied to your next service upon checkout.
